The content on this page is a legal agreement between you, the User, and the entity providing Mini Merch. This document governs the use of the online properties and for the use of the services provided. “Legal agreement” indicated that the terms of this agreement are obligatory on the relationship between the user and the company once the user has accepted the terms.

User Registration 

In order to use the Service or any part of the website http://mini-merch.com/, Users must register truthfully and completely by providing the required data in the relevant registration form. The Users are asked to accept the Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions in full. Login credentials are confidential to the users.

Please note that the owner shall not be held responsible under any circumstances in case of disclosure, loss, theft, or unauthorized use by third parties, for whatever reason, of the User's access credential.

By submitting, posting, or displaying content on or through Mini Merch, the User grants a license to the Owner deprived of territorial limits, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and with the right to sublicense, to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such content in any media or via distribution methods currently available or developed later.

Purchase

Paid services

Mini Merch provides for additional services or subscriptions available upon payment of a fee. The fees, duration, and conditions for the accounts and paid services are mentioned in the relevant section of Mini Merch.

Methods of payment

Mini Merch uses third-party tools for its payment processing and is not in touch with any of the provided payment information, like a credit card, in any way.

Refunds

Mini Merch accepts requests for cancellation and refund by the Users only for damaged goods provided and within 30 days after receipt of the merchandise. The fees paid are non-refundable if the service has already been provided at the time of payment, or the user has not disabled automatic renewals before the expiration date.

Delivery

Deliveries are made during normal business days and hours at the address indicated by the User while placing their orders, and in the manner specified in the order summary. In case the User is unable to collect the products by the deadline, the package will be returned to the owner and the price will be refunded. Mini Merch is not responsible for errors in delivery due to inaccuracies or incompleteness in the completion of the purchase order by the User.
