Mini-Merch offers you a 30 day no-questions-asked return option. Our supplies are of the best quality and highly customizable. In case you received damaged merch, wrong or not as described with your order, we will take full responsibility, and we will resolve it in the most convenient way for you.
To return your product, write us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send us a receipt or proof of purchase.
We accept returns for packed/unused items.
Write us an email or call us at (614) 686-7309 and one of our customer representatives will be in touch with you within 24-48 hours with a prepaid shipping label. We make sure that the sticker, pins, patches, or any other products are delivered to you in the best condition possible. However, if you receive wrong or damaged merch, send in your return request on the return request page, and we will get back to you with instructions and a prepaid label for your return.
To be eligible for a return, the items must be packed or unused and in the same condition that you received them. If they are unpacked, repack the item in the original packaging.
Please make sure that:
- The items were purchased in the last 30 days
- The items are unused
- The product itself or the final product is different than the one you ordered.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on your residential area, the time it may take for your return product to reach us may vary. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
You are eligible for getting a full refund for your order if you don’t receive the shipment updates in 30 days after you place your order with us. Credit card refunds can take a longer time, probably one to three weeks.
If you still haven’t received a refund after a few weeks of payment processing, please let us know via email or telephone, and we’ll do everything we can to resolve that for you.
Late or Missing Refunds
In case you haven’t received your refund amount, please check your bank account before sending in a new request. Contact your credit card company as it might take some time before your refund is officially reflected in your bank account.
