Mini Merch does not accept returns on custom merchandise. However, if you have a concern about your order, please send us an email and we’ll make it right.
Your order shipment and delivery vary based on the product ordered. On average, custom products ship in 3-4 weeks. Rush shipping options are available.
Mini-Merch does not accept cancellations for orders. If you want to change the design or layout of your custom order, please send us an email or give us a call.
Refund shall be made under the following conditions: • You didn’t receive the order, or the product is damaged. • The quality of the product being delivered is not up to the mark. Mini-Merch will inquire about the defect, and if it is found to be true you will receive a full refund, or the product will be replaced. Please note that you can only request a refund if you witness a service failure. Our customer support will evaluate if your order qualifies for a refund.
